Nice boutique hotel in a great location. The pool is small but very nice. The gym is small but has newer equipment. Most importantly the beds are very comfortable and the Wi-Fi is good.
A very nice place to stay. Spotless clean, great service, very attentive and friendly people working here. The breakfast restaurant was really great and it was really nice to just stumble out of the room for a very tasty breakfast. The restaurant was able to adjust some of the dishes to accomodate me being vegan, and that was a great experience, too. Overall a great stay with a very welcoming atmosphere.
We stayed at Casa Nicole for three nights during the recent challenges Puerto Vallarta faced. We cannot thank Juan, Rolando, David and Arturo enough for their warmth, hospitality and kindness! Everyone was very helpful and the hotel kindly provided a tasty dinner on the two nights of the lockdown - we were truly grateful! All areas of the hotel are very clean and welcoming - Amanda kept our room spotless. Casa Nicole is walking distance to everything PV has to offer. The breakfast/brunch offers a variety of delicious options with generous portions beautifully presented. Casa Nicole is a lovely little gem in the heart of Puerto Vallarta - we will definitely be back!
The experience was outstanding!!! The breakfast was to die for. Food and service both amazing. I would eat there every day if I could. Nicely located in town near the beach and shopping. The rooms were comfortable contemporary modern. Very tasteful. A delightful experience!

Our stay it was great experience. Our room was spacious and the bathroom as well. Swimming pool was quite and nice space to spend time to relax, the food at the food at the restaurant were we had breakfast it was so delicious and fresh, staff friendly and provided the best service thanks to all , hope come back soon.
We didn't stay in the hotel we ate at the restaurant and it was awesome. Great sweet bread. We got 2 of the moras blueberry muffins to go they were so good. Then I had eggs Benedict and it was good. It wasn't that cheap but the waiter was great. I would go back. The patio is amazing.
